A mixed day, in that this was the first time I've been on the podium in Open Category as a solo rider in Hong Kong, but I can't help wondering if the next step up was possible if I hadn't shipped a chain. TA, no!!!!!!!!!! Polished, not satin for me when it comes to Campagnolo chainrings. They want $170US for a real one- more than I paid for the crankset- I think not. Fleabay here I come (again).
ReplyDeleteAnd, as for being a funny colour, I think that's a fair reflection of the effort- 177 average HR over 193 max is a 92% average for 25 mins. You might go a little red also!
I go a little red running up the stairs. Mind you, it probably promotes similar stats, but for 25 seconds.
